Hi there!
I’m Kajsa and I was born in 1990, two (very important) minutes after my twin brother. I’ve been drawing and making up stories since I was a little kid. After having been working as a Product Developer/Design Engineer for about 5 years, I decided in early 2019, to take the leap and become a freelance illustrator.
Since then I’ve worked with several publishers and clients in children’s illustration, both in Sweden and internationally. I’ve also studied Publishing and worked part time as a Children’s book Publisher between 2021 and 2024, which has been a great complement to my illustration career and has made me well versed in the process of producing a children’s book.
I live with my fiancé and Labrador retriever in the very South of Sweden, surrounded by golden fields and beech forests.
